Operations technician

At Factiun, we are looking to hire an Operations Technician in Pamplona.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the optimal functioning of the operational processes of project supplies, ensuring excellent service throughout the entire supply chain.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Request quotes from suppliers to manage product purchases.
• Compare quotes received in order to manage product purchases.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Place purchase orders for products.
• Plan, track and control supply deliveries.
• Manage contracted or ordered products against your team’s stock, including warehouse control.
• Deliver products to customers, ensuring that signed documentation is obtained from the customer.
• Collaborate in defining the product import strategy.
• Manage national and international product logistics, including documentation management and the import process.
• Coordinate the delivery of product supplies to the construction site, acting as a liaison with the customer.
• Supervise the unloading of product supplies, verifying correct handling, unloading and documentation.
• Provide operational support to the team on site, collaborating in logistics, organisational and incident resolution tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, etc.
• Languages: advanced English.
• Good knowledge of office automation and ERP, especially Excel and Business Central.
• At least one year of experience in positions related to supply chain (purchasing, planning and/or logistics) is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate abroad for an initial period.

The place of work will be Pamplona, with an initial period of 4-6 months spent on an international project.
