Success Story

Project El Burgo, Spain

The 15 MW photovoltaic project in Aragón presented a significant technical challenge due to the complexity of the terrain. The environmental impact statement did not allow for earthworks, which required a mounting solution capable of adapting to natural slopes without altering the environment. Thanks to the flexibility of the FACTIUN TRX® solar tracker and its articulated design, it was possible to install the trackers while maintaining stability and efficiency on steeply sloping terrain.

The project features 200 FACTIUN TRX® tracker units, designed and optimised to maximise solar capture even in demanding topographical conditions. This installation reaffirms Factiun’s technological versatility and its ability to offer solutions adapted to each environment, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

Located in an area where other renewable energy projects, both solar and wind, coexist, this development is fully integrated into the landscape and Aragón’s commitment to the energy transition. In addition, additional environmental measures have been implemented, such as the replanting of native trees and the improvement of the landscape, thus contributing to a positive and lasting impact on the territory.
